Form 1 : SEKOLAH MENENGAH INTEGRASI SAINS TAHFIS (SMISTA) MAIWP 2012

Eligible candidates are invited to apply Form One at Sek. Men. Integrasi Sains Tahfis (SMISTA) MAIWP 2012.

ELIGIBILITY

• 1.  Obtained 5A in Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR).
• 2.  Obtained 5A in Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah Agama (UPSRA)
• 3.  Posses basic Al-Quran studies (i.e Tilawah and Hafazan)
• 4.  Borned in Wilayah Persekutuan.

( 10% of the allocation will be opened to candidates who are borned outside wilayah persekutuan.)

ii)  Available at SMISTA-MAIWP, Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras.

iii) Available at Kaunter Pertanyaan Tingkat 7, Bangunan PERKIM, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.
